Shipping policy

1.Shipping 

Farm to Shower Customers have the option of having products shipped via domestic means such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

2.Processing Time

Orders are processed and typically ship within 7-14 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. 

3. Cancellations

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about canceling an order please contact us at farmtoshower@gmail.com

4. Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement item in certain circumstances if contacted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

5. Damaged Orders

Farm to Shower is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product(s) has arrived damaged, reach out to us, so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if possible.
